Peyo Company is the brand name of IMPS srl, Lafig Belgium and Peyo Productions. It was created by Peyo’s daughter, Véronique Culliford, to ensure the perpetuation of Peyo’s work through four units:
Peyo Licensing is the global licensor of Peyo’s brands for Consumer Products, Book Publishing and Location-Based Entertainment.
Peyo Distribution manages the global distribution of audiovisual content and music catalogues.
Peyo Productions oversees new audiovisual productions.
Peyo Creations is the studio behind the creations of all artworks, stories and comic books.
These four units are joining forces under the Peyo Company umbrella to keep Peyo’s legacy alive. Pierre Culliford (aka Peyo) created everlasting worlds, iconic characters, and timeless stories filled with adventure, humor, magic, and good universal values that have reached the hearts of multiple generations of fans and achieved glorious international success and recognition.

Smurfs Are Back, Alright! It’s definitely back to the nineties and nillies for the beloved blue icons, as Peyo Company and Magic Star announce a new global digital distribution deal for the rich and devilishly catchy Smurfs music catalogue. This April, the hills will Smurf again with the sound of music as the beloved songs are set to become available across streaming platforms as part of the agreement with Magic Star.
The Smurfs are teaming up with Sonic the Hedgehog for an in-game event in the mobile game Sonic Rumble. The event runs from March 16 to April 15. Players are now able to play on smurfed maps and unlock exclusive skins such as Wild Smurf, Smurfette, Papa Smurf and Blossom!
We’re excited to announce our first collaboration with Warner Music Sweden! We’re kicking things off with a Smurf Remix of the song “Bara Bada Bastu” by the band KAJ, who performed at last year’s Eurovision Song Contest representing Sweden. It’s already available on Spotify! The band has also posted about this collaboration on their social media, and the post has already racked up thousands of likes on TikTok and Instagram.
